News: Toward A More Bicycle-Friendly Gananoque

Paul Scott was recently joined by fellow Lions Club members and other community supporters as he presented the outline of a cycling plan to Gananoque town council. Leveraging the thousands of cycle tourists visiting the town each season, the plan Paul outlined would entice them to stay and play, with welcoming facilities that would benefit residents too.
A key regional piece of the plan would be a better connection between the town and the St. Lawrence Recreational Trail, a current gap in the Ontario Waterfront Trail route. Read more at the Gananoque Reporter website.
